About ZCOOL KuaiLe
ZCOOL KuaiLe — kuàilè means happy — is a playful Simplified Chinese display face from the ZCOOL design community. Typographer Liu Bingke set out the character framework and design rules, more than a hundred apprentices helped draw the character set, and Liu, Yang Kang and Wu Shaojie unified the result.
The rounded, slightly wobbly strokes give it a cartoon-like cheerfulness that suits children's products, snacks, games, stickers and social posts.
It covers the GB 2312 character set, enough for everyday Simplified Chinese. Use it for headings and short text rather than long reading.
