Fonts by language

Free, open-licensed fonts for 20 languages. Each page lists only fonts that can set every letter of that language, with the ones drawn for it first — and lets you preview your own text before you download.

Why a font has to match your language

A font only draws the letters its designer included. Type Urdu into an Arabic font that lacks ٹ or ے, or Vietnamese into a Latin font without its stacked accents, and your app quietly borrows those letters from another font — one word, two typefaces. Every font on these pages was checked letter by letter against its language, so what you preview is what you get.
