About Secular One
Secular One is a humanist Hebrew and Latin sans by Michal Sahar, released in 2016 when good Hebrew sans serifs for text were still scarce. She aimed for something easy-going — simple but not neutral, friendly but not over-styled — and readable in long paragraphs.
At small sizes it is calm and clear; at large sizes its slightly eccentric details come forward, which makes it useful for branding as well as text.
It has a single weight, so it shines in headings, signage, short paragraphs and interface highlights. Pair it with Frank Ruhl Libre when you need a serif for longer reading.
