About Sarabun
Sarabun is the open-licensed release of TH Sarabun New, one of Thailand's national fonts and the standard face for official documents — it is used in the Royal Thai Government Gazette. The name means documentary affairs.
It is a traditional looped Thai with a matching Latin, built for clear, comfortable reading in letters, reports and forms. This release comes in sixteen files: eight weights from Thin to Extra Bold, each with an italic.
Use it for government and business documents, academic work and long-form text. For headlines and branding, a loopless face such as Kanit gives a more modern voice.
Licence
Sarabun is released under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which permits use in personal and commercial work. Read the licence before redistributing the files or selling them on.

- Thai needs a text engine that stacks vowels and tone marks; Word and current browsers handle it. Mark web text lang="th" so lines break at Thai word boundaries.
