About Yusei Magic
Yusei Magic is a Japanese font based on lettering written with a permanent marker. The marker's chisel tip gives it thick vertical strokes and thin horizontals, so it is bold and easy to read at a distance while still feeling loose and handmade.
It is perfect for shop signs, menus, chalkboard-style notices, pop-art designs and friendly social graphics.
Use it for headings and short messages. As with any marker hand, long passages become tiring — pair it with a plain gothic for body text.
Licence
Yusei Magic is released under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which permits use in personal and commercial work. Read the licence before redistributing the files or selling them on.
